今年度、車椅子再発見プロジェクトは5周年を迎えます。
全国37都道府県を訪れ、
583回の講演を行い、
20,000人以上の医療・介護従事者の方々に、
想いを共有する仲間になっていただきました。
また本プロジェクトは2025年、これまで医療・介護業界になかった新しい人材育成の仕組みとして、グッドデザイン賞を受賞させていただきました。
これまで関わってくださったすべての皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。
この日本地図は、プロジェクトの開催が多い都道府県ほど、濃い青色になっています。
全国の本当にたくさんの地域を巡らせていただきましたが、まだまだ色が薄い地域もあれば、未だ1回もプロジェクトを開催できていない県が10県もあります。
いつの日か、この日本地図が真っ青になる日が来るよう、そして、一人でも多くの方に適切な車椅子が届いて、豊かな人生を過ごしていただけるよう、これからも私たちの挑戦は続きます。

[Wheelchair Rediscovery Project – 5th Anniversary]
This year, the Wheelchair Rediscovery Project celebrates its 5th anniversary.
We have visited 37 prefectures across Japan,
delivered 583 lectures,
and connected with over 20,000 healthcare and caregiving professionals,
who have joined us in sharing our vision.
In 2025, the project was honored with the Good Design Award as a new and innovative human resource development system—one that had not previously existed in the medical and caregiving fields.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has been involved with and supported this project.
On this map of Japan, the prefectures where the project has been held more frequently are shaded in deeper blue.
While we have had the opportunity to visit many regions across the country, there are still areas where our presence has been limited, and 10 prefectures where we have yet to hold a single event.
We will continue our journey with the goal of one day seeing this entire map turn deep blue,
and of ensuring that proper wheelchairs reach as many people as possible, helping them live richer and more fulfilling lives.
We welcome lecture requests from medical institutions, senior care facilities, schools, and academic societies across Japan.
